What's it all about

Derek Podge is an expert in fitness… at least he thinks he is. Jealous that Joe Wicks has beat him to it, Derek has defiantly decided to take on the responsibility of keeping the world fit during the lockdown anyway. The only problem is that he has no idea what he is doing.

Supported by his close friend Matt, Derek demonstrates his (in)capability to perform the most basic exercises to do in the comfort of your own home. Desperate to have no part in this, Matt submissively supports his deluded friend and adds a flavour of reality to this utterly bizarre series of exercise videos.
