What's it all about

Normal weather report, map of UK and part of Europe. Report of Storm Dominic (Dominic Cummings) brewing in the south, but by midday expected to head up the country towards Durham and other parts of the North East, although due to the erratic nature of the Storm, by evening could be anywhere in the UK. Long term forecast is for Storm Dominic to drift into Europe as the storm weakens. That will be a sight for sore eyes.

No looking for anything for this, I just do not have the resources or experience to do anything with it and think it could be funny, it would certainly make me laugh if I had seen it on web or tv
