We are looking for :
Rachel/Richard (Interview scene)
Someone who lost their job because of a seemingly homophobic tweet. They use the interview to try to make a point about how social media posts get taken out of context and how 'cancellation' could happen to anyone. Thomas disagrees, which leads to Rachel/Richard digging up some offensive videos from his past that would get him cancelled.
Psychologist (Interview scene)
A psychologist interviewed about the mindset of people who participate in cancel culture and those who are prone to believing conspiracy theories.
Statue Designer (Piece to camera)
A designer who proposes a compromise to settle the statue debate - putting up statues of famous figures depicted before they committed their crimes: Colston before he bought his first slave; a prepubescent Hitler; Justin Bieber as a foetus. Meet in the middle, everyone's happy.
Glinnelwald (Piece to camera)
A writer of fantasy novels who has been cancelled for various reasons, but tries to defend themselves by saying that they included characters from that minority group in their books. Unfortunately, the characters in question are clearly based on harmful stereotypes.
Gemima/Jenson (Piece to camera)
A canceller. Very smug. "Just be better, guys. If someone says something that suggests a lack of understanding about a minority group, the best way to educate them is with very aggressive threats of violence and/or death. But a painful death."
Public Opinion Pieces
There are also nameless members of the public who say a sentence or two as vox pops - these could even be filmed remotely if you have the right set up so could work even if you're not based near London/Reading.
